Luke enjoys working with individuals navigating neurodivergence, compulsive behaviors, and substance abuse. His experience has largely been working individually with clients, but appreciates the dynamics of group work and the subsequent breakthroughs that occur. Luke’s approach to therapy is a holistic one, incorporating all areas of life, while using best practices of mental health. He views his role as a therapist as one who walks alongside his clients, as they collaboratively work towards mutually chosen goals in the safety of the therapeutic relationship.
